Quite noisy staff!

We felt safe here and would be happy to recommend the place. View looking over courtyard was the reason we booked dormitory room. The location was amazing, on how good the food is on the attached restaurant, convenient to go everywhere. Plus, Costa Ballena Directory was not too far from the hotel.

The pool area at Yuli Hotel was absolutely lovely, and we enjoyed spending time there. However, it would have been great if there were sun umbrellas or sun sails to provide some shade during the day. Additionally, the hotel is brand new and everything looks modern and nice. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The WiFi was fast, the air-conditioning was quiet, and the rooms had desks, which was convenient for work. The bathroom appliances were stylish and the grounds were beautifully landscaped. The hotel is just a five-minute walk from the National Park and beach, which is very convenient. Despite the on-site restaurant being closed, they provided excellent coffee. The pool was definitely the highlight of our stay, and it was mostly empty, allowing us to relax and enjoy it. Considering the location and the amenities, the hotel offers good value for money.

Convenient location for exploring the nearby national park and close to nice restaurants. Super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were large, clean, and beautifully decorated. The pool area was lovely and well-maintained, providing a great space to relax.

The walls of the rooms were not well-insulated, making it easy to hear noises from neighboring rooms. The pool area could be crowded at times, especially when restaurant guests were also using it.

Amazing customer service and clean rooms. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They helped me with transportation and gave great recommendations. The rooms were spacious and always kept clean. The hotel is also conveniently located, just a short walk away from the beach and nice restaurants.

The noise from the nearby restaurant was quite bothersome, especially after a tiring day. The restaurant itself was good, but the loud music and people made it difficult to relax.
